What items are returnable?
- As a part of our Money Back Guarantee, we accept returns of our DHARMIC BUDDHA POWER items within 30 days of delivery.
- In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be in original packaging.
- Please note that orders in transit cannot be cancelled and a refund cannot be initiated until the item has been returned and inspected.
- Free/promotional items
- Note, we cannot offer our money back guarantee to items that have been discounted via a coupon code, and thus, do not accept returns of such purchases.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible for return shipping charges
- Enter your order number and email address in the Contact Us page
- You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied on the original method of payment, within 10 business days.
